8/23(화) 개최 BCS 하계 Workshop 관련하여 학사주임이신 이상아 교수님의 학생 전달사항을 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 학생들의 많은 관심과 협조 부탁드립니다.

10-12 Poster Session (REQUIRED for students who passed the 논자시, optional for others to apply)
 12-1 lunch
1-2 "Ask the professor" Q&A (fill out the Google Form from the BCS 학생회!)
2-3:45 "Pre-논자시 talks"
4-5:30 parallel 교수회의/학생회 activity (학생회 organized)

Poster Session 
-  Required for students who passed the 논자시:
이희승, 류주형, 안정열, 이향정, 임재섭, 유동규, 박은혜, 설재민, 이보나, 임흥열, 황혜리, 김다혜, 최미경, 이동혁, 양유진, 권지이, 박인경, 황우정, 최선아, Grace Eun Kim, 박예승, 정세나

-  First, each student gives a 30-s "advertisement" for their poster verbally (to attract visitors), and then we'll have a normal poster session for the rest of the time. 
-  optional for all other BCS grad students: If you are not in the list above, but would like to participate in the poster session, send me (sangahlee@snu.ac.kr your abstract directly by A
- Best poster prize; evaluations by postdocs and faculty
- note: do not re-use your Brain Day poster - try to showcase your progress as much as possible


"Pre-논자시 talks"
-  Required for 석박/박사 students from their 5th semester, who are planning on taking the 논자시 in the next 1-2 semesters.
-  Students who fit the criterion: 권민정, 이원, 신석환, 이은호, 김지원 신지우, 정수빈, 박현규, 하민지, 박소희, 하희승, 심상욱, 황민규, 석한샘, 김홍준, 김성제
-  Each student gives a 5-min talk (in Korean or English), followed by 5-min Q&A on their research topic and question, 
- no prizes, but is a required step before taking the 논자시 (will be done once a year, so you must plan ahead).
